Well done to Seamus, Chris, Kar, Pete and Sam from the Manchester office who on the 4th August successfully completed the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge (24 miles) takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, with the aim of completing the challenge in under 12 hours. The team managed to complete the challenge in a very respectable 10 hours and 45 minutes – so mission accomplished!
Unfortunately, Pete who suffered an injury on the ‘test walk’ was unable to take part on day but still managed to complete 2/3 peaks so great effort!
The team are very proud to have raised a grand total of £3,661. An incredible £1,661 raised by the team and £2,000 added with the double match funding of the Matthew Good Foundation.
