Helping communities store water in Northern India

With climate change brings big shifts in rainfall and this is felt especially in Rajasthan in North West India. Their dry seasons have become drier and longer and their monsoon season has become heavier and shorter. Via an Championing grant, Tim Good, helped support a very small but highly effective charity called Water Harvest. £840 was donated to install a number of large rain water collection tanks during the monsoon, sufficient to store enough clean drinking water for the entire dry season. Tim will travel out to India in October 2018 to assess if we can help them further.
