Hull and East Yorkshire (HEY) Children’s University is a charity dedicated to giving every child the opportunities they deserve, regardless of their circumstances. Many children in Hull and the East Riding face barriers that limit their exposure to the wider world. For some, experiences such as visiting another city or engaging in new activities might only happen later in life, if at all, which can dampen their dreams and aspirations.
HEY Children’s University believes that every child possesses unique talents waiting to be discovered. The charity’s mission is to reveal these talents by providing a variety of engaging activities and school trips. These enriching experiences help children explore their interests, build confidence, and envision a brighter future. HEYCU’s programmes ensure that even those from the most disadvantaged backgrounds have the opportunity to unlock their potential and aim for greater things.
