We have supported the Hedon Methodist Youth Club of which Kevin is a voluntary leader. The youth club provides a weekly social environment for teenagers in the Hedon area and is manned by volunteers. As part of their programme they run an activity weekend each year, this year being held at the end of April in Robin Hoods Bay. Kevin applied for project championing support of £500 which has helped towards funding the programme activities during the weekend for the 24 teenagers attending. This will include team challenges such as den making, bush-craft, making a camp fire and cooking using ingredients they forage.
