The Foundation has been officially created with help from Andrew Jackson Solicitors in Hull. Initially five trustees have been appointed to run the Foundation. Matthews brother, Timothy Good, is a non-executive director of John Good & Sons and will act as Chairman. John Rutherford, Seamus Jennings, Kevin Harrison and Julie Good will also be on the board and all play an active role within the family company. We are pleased to announce that Matthew’s wife, Isabel Good, will also be elected as a trustee in the coming weeks.
The Foundation will undergo submission to the Charities Commission within the next two weeks.
