WISHH, the official charity of Hull Hospitals, plays a crucial role in creating supportive spaces that enhance the experience for patients, families, and staff at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital. Through dedicated fundraising, WISHH brings valuable resources that go beyond NHS capabilities, impacting thousands each year. From sensory rooms and family accommodations in neonatal care to quiet spaces for cancer patients, WISHH’s initiatives make a profound difference in the lives of those receiving care.
This new charity film, funded by the Matthew Good Foundation through our Amplify Charity Films programme, provides a behind-the-scenes view of WISHH’s impact and the many ways they enrich Hull Hospitals. By showcasing projects such as specialised training facilities and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces, the film highlights how charitable support transforms hospital environments. We hope that this charity film will reach a broader audience and inspire more support for WISHH’s ongoing mission.
Working with Big Picture Charity Films, the Matthew Good Foundation is thrilled to amplify WISHH’s work. This project celebrates the supporters who make these changes possible and underscores the importance of continued community backing. Through this film, we aim to shine a light on WISHH’s dedication to creating a better experience for Hull’s patients and their families—and we’re proud to help share their story.
