Supporting our member in creating PPE for NHS staff and care workers

The Matthew Good Foundation is delighted to support our member, Paul Haste, an employee of DAN Shipping in Immingham who is using a 3D printer to create safety visors for NHS staff and care workers.

The Foundation donated £1,000 to cover the cost of materials so Paul could create the much-needed safety equipment. Since the lockdown began, Paul has been providing masks to NHS staff at Grimsby hospital.

Commenting on the support, Paul said, “I wanted to make a positive difference and support our key-workers in these difficult times. However, I needed support to do so. The Foundation’s funds have enabled me to purchase the materials I need so I can put my 3D printer to good use during these challenging times.”

The Foundation is proud to support Paul, who is doing such good for essential workers during these difficult times.
