A donation of £1000 was made through the Group’s employee giving programme, and will help the Carnegie Heritage Centre to pay for a World War Two-era Ship Register to be restored.

Tim Good, Chairman of Matthew Good Foundation, has been shortlisted for the Family Business Next Generation Award by Family Business United. The recognition comes in the celebration of the best of family business, and the winners will be revealed at a gala dinner in London on National Family Business Day on September 21.

Having recently launched the ‘Space to Grow’ appeal to fund facilities at the expanding Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Hull Royal Infirmary, WISHH charity has attracted Champion Grants from a number of John Good Group employees, totalling £2,000.
