Back in December, Scott Ramage from John Good Logistics in Manchester and his partner Louise took to the streets of Manchester to participate in ‘The Worlds Big Sleep Out’ where they slept rough for one night to raise money for The World’s Big Sleep Out Trust.
The World’s Big Sleep Out is at the forefront of the global fight against homelessness, raising awareness and funds to tackle the issue in cities and for vulnerable refugees internationally. While The World’s Big Sleep Out involves spending a night under the stars, it is not about pretending to be homeless. It’s an act of solidarity – to give supporters a tiny insight into this reality and to raise the funds and awareness needed to help people who have no other choice.
Scott and Louise raised an impressive £597.50 which the Matthew Good Foundation double matched, making their total an amazing £1,792.50!
